I checked in the hotel on 10/01/26 for only one night and everything was perfect. Service, Staff friendleness, Cleanless and Room. Hotel is very close to the airport and offers free shuttle, room is noise free (even though plenty of planes flight nearby), very clean, but the factor we liked the most was the treatment received by staff. From the guys driving the shuttle bus, staff at the reception, Mr. Juan during our breakfast and offcourse, Rick and Roberto from the bar. My family and I will definitely come back.
Super smooth & easy hotel for our overnight stay in LAX! Shuttle picked us up at the airport & brought us promptly over. Check in was easy as well. Our room was clean, bright & had all the things a tired traveler needs. Decent sized bathroom & room. They have a small cafe on the first floor for coffee / quick grabs. When we checked out the next day, shuttle came quick & dropped us back off at the airport. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay while close to the airport for future travels!
Extremely close to terminals - I was able to WALK to terminal 7 within 15 mins. Unlike other reviews said, I was able to unload at the gate without any problem. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus seems easy to find. But could be slow and stuck in terminal traffic. Room is big, clean and well equipped. But the bed is definitely not a king size.
hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. had no problems with noise despite being so close to a busy road and the airport. I was able to check in early which was a life saver and the airport shuttle was reliable to and from lax. since I was only in la for the day, it was perfect being so close to the airport and saved me a bunch of time.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency at LAX. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great bed that made for a restful night. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers flying in or out of LAX. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and high quality. I especially want to recognize Maddie, our host at breakfast—she was truly exceptional. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made the experience stand out. She provided excellent service and made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Los Angeles.
This place was wonderful from start to finish. It’s very clean, quiet, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options, especially for vegetarians, which I really appreciated. The gym was spacious and well-equipped with lots of machines and equipment to use, making it easy to keep up with a workout routine while traveling. Efficient check-in and check-out experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and close to the airport. I will definitely stay here again!
Very convenient place to stay before an early flight. We walked to and from terminal 4 because I'm the kind of person who would rather walk then wait for the shuttle (which comes every 20 minutes) and the walk took about 18 minutes. If you are going to terminal 1 or 2 I would say walking is a no brainer. Rooms were nicer than I expected with a great bed and shower. Workout area on penthouse floor was large and had a great airport view and it even had a Peloton. Really great use of a category 1-4 certificate if you need an overnight near LAX. Breakfast was a ridiculous $38, but I had free breakfast at the Flagship lounge so it didn't effect me.
Family and friends are staying here for a family wedding. This hotel has done a major renovation and it is amazing. The decor is modern with a relaxing color palette. The Christmas decorations were beautifully styled. The front desk was welcoming and fast at checking guests. Dwight was exceptionally helpful with bringing the luggage to them rooms. You will need a key card to access the elevators for each of the floors. The pool area is large and comfortable. This hotel is convenient location next the airport with a shuttle bus to the airport or a short walk into the Airport. The rooms are excellent and sound proof from the noise of the traffic and air planes. Plenty of space for two people. Parking is expensive. There is street meter parking for two hours max.
